Customised Reiki Journal This Journal is Wire bound and has 160 blank pages. The journal measures 5" x 8", which is a handy on-the-go size to fit into your Bag. The front cover is made of 12pt glossy paper, coated for scratch resistance with the Back cover being made of thin black flexible textured plastic, measures 16/1000" thick.
